Batter Blaster!

Hello Friday!  This week has been crazy busy and I am so happy it is finally coming to an end.  It's weeks like this that I really appreciate easy, go to meals, like breakfast for dinner.  I've mentioned before my love of BFD.   It's a treat and even better, it's easy!  In fact, BFD just got even easier in our house.  

I present, The Batter Blaster

This stuff is amazing!  You literally pull it out of the fridge, shake it up, and squirt it into a greased pan over medium heat.  You can also make waffles!

See, I wasn't lying when I said this is the easiest meal ever!

Pancakes used to be a breakfast treat.  Now we have them whenever we want!  I will say that pancakes from a can are not quite as fluffy as pancakes from a box.  But they still taste great and did I mention they are super easy?  I'm even considering getting a waffle iron solely for use with the Batter Blaster.

It looks like our weekend will entail more pancakes, a 10K for me, and pool time.
